Ok! A day late, but here is my #labordayweekend #spa #experience. Since @amewellnessspa extended the #miamispa specials I decided to book a #rainyday #spaday . As you can see the facilities are beautiful. They have a #steamroom #swissshowers a lovely relaxation lounge and my personal fav was the #himalayan salt room. Very #therapuetic . I booked an 80 minute coconut butter massage ( could have been mango or papaya but I wasn’t feeling that #fruity ). All I can say was #wow .

I gotta say @thesetaimiamibeach once again does not disappoint! While the actual #spa facilities are basic ( sauna, showers, locker ) the treatment was excellent. I had a full body scrub where she massages the scrub in so it felt awesome. Then i rinsed off in a #steam shower and sat in the steam for a few minutes.
